zx999 Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the website operated at zx999.asia and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised pages, and services offered thereon.
• "zx999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who registers and holds an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any amount of real money placed on a gambling product offered through the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to separate bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures conducted by zx999.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an Account on the Platform. zx999 maintains a strict minimum age policy. Any Player found to be under 18 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned at the discretion of zx999 following verification of identity.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. zx999 does not make any representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is permitted under applicable Pakistani laws before creating an Account or placing any wager.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile phone number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on zx999 at any time. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. zx999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon detection of duplicate registrations.

zx999 may at any time require you to complete identity verification procedures. This may include submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure. zx999 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. zx999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify zx999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your Account.

All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be truthful and accurate. Provision of false or misleading information — including false age declarations — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles zx999 to immediately close your Account and forfeit any funds held therein.

All Accounts on zx999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and balances are recorded in PKR. Where a transaction involves a currency conversion (for example, USDT deposits), the conversion rate applied will be the rate prevailing at the time of transaction as determined by zx999.

zx999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 network). zx999 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is Pakistani Rupees 300 (Rs 300).

All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to a person other than the Account holder — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension. Deposits are ordinarily credited within minutes for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution and may take up to one business day.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. zx999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to three (3) business days depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible. zx999 reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits and to request supporting documentation before approving large withdrawal requests.

zx999 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Suspicious transaction patterns, structuring of deposits to avoid limits, or deposits with no associated gaming activity may result in Account suspension, transaction reversal, and reporting to relevant authorities. All Players are required to use their Account for genuine gaming purposes only.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — cricket betting, live casino, slots, Plinko, or Mines Grand. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the rules applicable to that product. Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting section of the Platform.

zx999 reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, or where the bet relates to an event that has already commenced at the time of placement without the player's knowledge being reflected in the odds. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Account holder. Settlement decisions made by zx999 regarding sports betting events are final once the relevant review period has elapsed.

zx999 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. These limits may vary by product and are subject to change. Where a single bet or accumulation of bets on a single event exceeds any applicable limit, zx999 may settle only up to the maximum limit, returning the proportionate excess stake.

In the event of a game or system malfunction affecting a live casino session, slot spin, or crash game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned. zx999 shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction. The Platform uses third-party certified game providers — technical disputes in live casino and slot games are subject to the relevant provider's malfunction policy.

From time to time, zx999 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. zx999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

1. Registering more than one Account under any name, phone number, email address, or device.
2. Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets or interact with the Platform.
3. Colluding with other players, dealers, or employees to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform to generate winnings.
5. Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
6. Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
7. Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting data or code from the Platform.
8. Using third-party payment methods or depositing funds belonging to a person other than the Account holder.
9. Accessing the Platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.

Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of the entire Account balance, and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software code, graphic design elements, trademarks, brand names, text, imagery, game interfaces, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of zx999 or its licensors. No Player is granted any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of zx999. The zx999 name, logo, and associated marks may not be used without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zx999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss resulting from service interruption. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zx999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and is not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical fault, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. All Players participate on the Platform at their own risk. zx999 accepts no liability for financial losses sustained through betting or gaming activity.

zx999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Players are encouraged to make use of the self-management tools available in their Account settings, including deposit limits, session loss limits, reality check reminders, cool-off periods ranging from one day to thirty days, and permanent self-exclusion. All accounts are subject to the 18+ age requirement — minors must not access the Platform under any circumstances.

If you believe that your gambling activity is causing you or others harm, you should activate self-exclusion immediately from your Account settings. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable bonus terms state otherwise.

zx999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where zx999 reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, provided false information, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In cases of Account closure for breach, balances may be forfeited.

zx999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform and/or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which zx999 is registered and licensed. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting zx999 support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Pakistani players acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Pakistan are subject to change and that they bear sole responsibility for monitoring and complying with applicable local law.
